    1. Most tips are received in cash at the end of the night...during the holidays we have lots of contracts-- we get those tips in our paychecks. Sections rotate weekly...I've made $375 on a Saturday night and I've made $100 on a Saturday night. There is also overcompensation in scheduling...when it's slow and if you are later in the rotation you will be cut. Hours are good (i've made $200 and have been out the door by 9 pm... fast and hectic pre-theater crowd). The GM is really kind and helpful, although pressure from corporate results in some ridiculous write-ups and unfair policies. Best to get in and stay way under the radar. Nov. 10, 2006 - 3:8
